Try this sometime. Get into your shower and instead of going through with what youd normally do. Focus on what you do dont sing, dont think about your day. Feel the water and its pressure, the flow of it down your body. Feel the texture of putting soap on your body and shampoo in your hair. Smell the air feel how it is going in and coming out. hear the water.
I found out that soap feels really good and that water plays notes.
Best shower ever.

im feeling really tired and im sick of having these easy to trigger long depressions. I get home and I go to sleep so i can go to work in the morning. I litterally have nothing better to do when i get home aside for shower and eat.
